Festschrift on the Occasion of the Retirement of Gaston Gonnet

We invite all interested scholars to contribute for a festschrift on the occasion of the retirement of Gaston Gonnet. We particularly welcome original papers and surveys in all areas of Prof. Gonnet's work, including (but not limited to) bioinformatics, symbolic algebra, numerical analysis, algorithms, text-mining, computational science, and high-performance computing.

Contributions will be subject to peer-review. The articles will be published as a special collection in PeerJ, an Open Access journal indexed in PubMed and other leading bibliographic databases. A modest publication fee will be directly billed to the authors by PeerJ (http://peerj.com/pricing).

Some of the contributions will be invited for oral prevention at the retirement symposium, but presence at the symposium in not required to contribute to the festschrift.
